we had a bit of a party here for Ben’s brother the other day so I made the cakes…
the hazelnut dacquois is gluten free (hazelnut meringue with chocolate cream filling), as we have a few family members that require this, and the lemon tart is a good partner as it uses up some of the left over egg yolks, and lots of people like lemon (and we have a tree here). It was a good night, and there wasn’t a lot leftover!
