crochet giraffe

so my daughter came downstairs to see me finishing this off- and she called me a “crochet ninja”

it’s a pretty cute toy with a melody rattle in it but it needs a bit of encouragement to sit up- if you don’t put it just so it’s heavy head flops forward.

I guess it’s meant to be a cuddly toy and will be clutched about the neck a goodish bit so it probs won’t matter.

the pattern is available here,  I used organic cotton from Bendigo Woollen Mills- such pretty colours.
