getting ready for Easter
I’ve done a bit of baking today, and some of it is to take away camping next weekend. I made 2 trays of my yummy-not so-but just-a-bit-healthy muesli bars loaded with cranberries, pistachios, almonds, oats, mixed peel, sultanas etc; plus 2 tins of regular choc chip cookies amongst other things. So I’m a little bit ready for Easter, anyway. But what I did organise earlier in the week was my Easter holiday crochet project- Zoe requested this sleeveless polo neck
which looks fun and easy, and we bought some nice Abbey Road wool from Spotlight.
Plus we bought some grey yarn for a beanie and black fluffy yarn for a pompom for on top- I’m not keen on making the pompom myself, maybe Zoe will make that one.
Our front yard is looking nice, look at these frangipanis
so, happy Salt and Pepper tofu to you…
