I went to my local cheap store to find some tags to label the sizes of the crocheted items in my Etsy shop.  How cute are these cardboard labels?!  And the paper roses were $4 for 25 pieces- what a winner!  I was afraid I’d forget which garment was what size, but I won’t now.

And I am trying to get used to cooking for only 2 people- a bit of a challenge over here.  On Monday we had Tandoori Barramundi with rice and vegies, there was enough left over for another meal for 2, plus surplus rice.  Wednesday we had visitors so I cooked for 5, this is more my style.  Friday I was making Mee Goreng for 2, ahem, but I was getting all excited adding bokchoy and baby corn and beanshoots and snow peas and capsicum and coriander and spring onions and tofu and endoki mushrooms, well, it turned out we had a meal each, and 4 serves leftover.  Also it turned into Nasi Goreng because when I went to open the noodles they weren’t edible, so I used up the last of the rice instead. So this is what has been happening in the kitchen here this week.  Two of the kids get back tomorrow night anyway.

And isn’t it nice to have my Li’l Pootie back!  Ben got the new hard drive and everything is sweet again. Thanks Ben x
