Now Eloise is dressed in her little red riding hood dress, ready to put on the cape with hood.  Then off she will go to grandma… Beware of big bad wolves Eloise!

You see! a cute mini dress!   Also the good news is, all the clothes do go on- just not over her head, you pull them up from the feet if they’re not button opening.  So that’s a relief!

It’s a pity you can’t share the aroma too- but lunch is lookin good for tomorrow! It is rustic tomato and parmesan pie, with fresh thyme, we’re having it with a stew and some steamed greens, and a greek salad. Should be good!

We recently had a very enjoyable long winter weekend in the Barossa with friends.  One of the projects I did was a vest that I saw on Pinterest, it turned out well, and here you see Zoe modelling it because I’m afraid on me it is not so flattering.

Today I finished two more book bags from the same pattern that I bought on the long weekend.  I was just using up fabrics from my stash at home, but I think they turned out quite nicely.

I had some free time on the public holiday since we drove back from Pt Vincent in the morning, and Ben and Basti were sailing back. So I sewed up this little number for Zozo

And the grand finale pic I really will have to tally up how many balls it took, so I know for next time… here we go: total of 16 x 50 g balls in these colours: white- 6 black- 5 green- 2 yellow- 1 orange -1 blue- 1 so now

I am so close to finishing- and this is where I ran out of black (I’ve lost count of the number of balls, but since I’ve blogged it I can always go back and count)
