quince paste

So we were given some quinces the other day, and because of the thermy I decided to make quince paste.  It was so easy that I made another batch this morning, as there were still a few left.  Now I just need to make up a little label to go on the containers to give away.  Zoe will help me with that I’m sure.

Today I had the day off and I’ve been baking cookies for the boys to take away with them.  As well as the other boring things that happen on a day off, and the relaxing things too!  I finished the jumper I was crocheting for my niece on Monday, and have started on the other one, but I’m afraid the extra yarn that I ordered won’t be here in time for the easter break- sadness 🙁 

I was a bit dissappointed in the hem- it turns upwards, but I have an idea to try on the next one so I may unpick the last few rows if my idea works.

I’ll just have to go on with other things.  Not a problem.
