sundry items

The other day I tried a new cake recipe (in the thermy) and it was so so so easy, and a big success too.  I chose it because it had all the same ingredients as a recipe I’ve been using for years, but it was a lot simpler in the making (no need to separate the eggs and whip the whites and fold in etc) so I will definitely be using that recipe again in the future.  I’m sure I took a photo, but I can’t find it somehow…

I‘m off to the botanical gardens again tomorrow- it’s so pretty always in there and Baby B loves to explore the great outdoors- so fun for all!
